BUSINESS MANAGEMENT


The Faculty provides comprehensive education in business management at both Undergraduate and Postgraduate levels.  It offers several Undergraduate programmes – Bachelor of Business Management, and Bachelor of Tourism Management. In addition, the faculty offers Postgraduate programmes – Master in International Business Management.

By studying Business Management, with its various specialisations in the field of economics, you will acquire not only knowledge and skills for understanding and applying the essentials in managing enterprises, but also acquire technical and methodological skills to develop interpersonal skills and communication abilities. Economics and General Management teaches the various aspects of managing scarce resources in a business entity and supporting a business through production-planning, decision making, decision-making, project management as well as the allocation of human resources and finances.

The travel guide application for smartphones, co-invented by Prof. Dr. Konstantine Abuladze, Dean of the Faculty of Economics at the International Teaching University of Georgia. GIS-Travel is being developed by the Department for Toursim Management chaired by Prof. Abuladze and was released in 2014.

Tourism Management

The degree programme in Tourism Management provides students to gain state of the art management competencies and leadership skills.

Business Management

A degree in business management can prepare you for a management role in most types of organizations and provide a broad foundation to help you understand how businesses operate.

Economics

The Bachelor in Economics can prepare you for general knowledge in economic principals, economic statistics, economics of Georgia, international economic relations, management, marketing, Economics and financial economics of Georgia and the world.
