We welcome students joining us from partner institutions as part of the Erasmus + programme.
For however long you stay here, you will study at a friendly university with a prime location in a vibrant and diverse capital city in a fast developing country.

Please note, the Tbilisi Teaching University Gorgasali is currently working toward establishing institutional partnerships, and not all our courses are available to participate in as part of the Erasmus+ programme. For a full list of possible study courses please contact our International Office.
Accommodation for Erasmus+ Students
The Tbilisi Teaching University Gorgasali offers a number of different types of accommodation. We feel Erasmus students would benefit most by applying for dormitory accommodation, as this will give you firsthand experience of living amongst fellow students from a variety of cultures and backgrounds, and who study across a number of different course disciplines. Contact the International Office for further information together with costs.
To make your accommodation application smoother all you need to do is complete the application form (with your required preference) and send it to the administrator in the International Office who will be happy assist. We strongly advise you to apply for accommodation as early as possible as our accommodation is not guaranteed as it is offered on a first come, first served basis.
If you are unsuccessful in your first choice application then our accommodation officer can help with alternative accommodation that may suit your needs and budget.
Please note that all incoming students are expected to already have obtained a high level of English before embarking on their studies at the Tbilisi Teaching University Gorgasali. We do however offer academic and literacy support, as well as in-sessional English tuition, to all incoming students.
All students can take part in:
• literacy development courses
• writing workshops
• tutorials and dropins throughout the year.
Immigration and Visa support
For students from certain nations, visa and immigration protocols must be observed. You are strongly advised to contact our International Office for the latest information, deadlines and support. We can advise you whom to contact at the Embassy to get the latest information from your home country’s authorities. We also advise you to contact your home university student support service to check that deadlines match close with the dates you wish to travel and study.
